Yes. Flights can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; later cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

Absolutely. All flights are tandem, meaning you fly harnessed alongside a certified professional pilot who handles takeoff, steering, and landing. No prior experience or fitness level is required — just a sense of adventure.

Every guest is equipped with a certified harness, helmet, and reserve parachute. All gliders undergo regular inspections and meet Swiss aviation safety standards, and every flight is led by a licensed tandem pilot.

All packages include your tandem flight, full safety gear, a certified pilot, and cable car transport to the launch point. Photo and video packages are available as optional add-ons at checkout.

Your safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable for flying, we'll reschedule you to the next available slot at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if no alternative time works for you.

We fly year-round, weather permitting. May through September offers the most stable conditions and longest days, while winter flights provide breathtaking snow-covered views of the Matterhorn.

Guests must be at least 6 years old and weigh between 20kg and 120kg. If you're outside this range or have specific health concerns, please contact us beforehand so we can advise accordingly.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Layers are recommended since it gets cooler at altitude. We provide all safety gear, so you don't need to bring anything specialized.
